Dear Steve,
Just found your site through a friend: excellent. Some postcards I'd seen; many I hadn't. Where did you find them?
I do guided tours of Barnet and Monken Hadley, and looking at these photos has already solved a few mysteries. Warwick's Oak (the misshapen stump in one or two of your postcards, named after the Earl of Warwick from the Battle of Barnet): where exactly did it stand? I can pinpoint it exactly now, and can point it out on future tours. I can see I'll have to look more closely at some of the other postcards. Please keep this site going!
